The trends for women's accessories are definitely paying tribute to the hip and funky 80s, but as fall and winter kick in, we're starting to reach into the wayback machine. This is especially true for Hat styles are now also showing some of that 60s flavor. Mod is popular once again, along with graphic prints... all appearing in accessories such as scarves, shoes, jewelry and hats. Blacks and whites are especially appealing, taking their cue from traditional menswear patterns and fabrics. Think herringbones, hound's-tooth, tweeds, stripes, plaids.
